Horrible App has never worked, then they charge late fees when their app does not work. Prob class action coming
App Stinks!
Worse app I’ve ever encountered. Totally inconsistent and unreliable.
Started off almost perfect a year ago. As of 7/16, just a hot mess!

Phone support bad
T-mobile wanted a credit card number to ship me a new box for no change on equipment and shipping. If it is no charge then why do you need a credit card number? They warned me not to release my PIN number to anyone but t-mobile wants credit card numbers for no change replacement of equipment. My bank said don’t release your credit card number if it is no charge. I finally drove to the next town to pick up replacement equipment at a t-mobile with no credit card.

T-Life T-Money
I would give it less if I could because it’s now set up that you can’t access your T-Mobile Money account if you don’t have T-Mobile or their Internet. So now I have zero access to my T-Money bank account.
Garbage app
First of all, you are forced to use one app for everything and it really doesn’t work that well there’s too much garbage in the app.
Recently, my standalone SyncUP DRIVE app stopped working. I signed in to my T-MOBILE app to look for the SyncUP DRIVE. I did find it, but it wasn’t easy. It’s hidden in the menu you have to search for and scroll and then again it’s not as beautifully designed like the standalone app. So right now I am thinking of getting rid of this SyncUp drive because it’s just so difficult to use this stupid T-Mobile app from signing in constantly asking you to enter password. Why do I constantly need to login and put my passport to view Sync Up device? Instead of making it easier by having a stand alone ap, you made it more difficult and combined everything in one app. It’s just so much garbage in the app.
The SyncUP DRIVE app was just the perfect app. Everything was working. It was easy. It was smooth. It was fast. Everything was in the app. Why the hell would you get rid of something that is working so well?
