No good services
The costumer services it’s not good, I’m waiting online for 30’min and any costumer services can help me, I need to change my cellphone plan and I don’t have an answer.
Did I miss the kool-aid?
This is some of the most toxic app design I’ve seen. Here’s a tip, most of us just want to pay our bill and not be forced to fed advertising. Instead you think it’s smart to load EVERTHING ELSE on EVERY TAB before you even give me a button to pay my bill. Brilliant, my year old phone takes 7 entire seconds to open your vector for forcing advertisements onto me. I’m going to look into other service providers after my contract from US Cellular is done.

The atom codes you gave me is exactly the same code you gave my husband, therefore I was not able to buy 2 tickets for the Spiderman movie that we were wanting to watch! I tried to chat or call customer service about it but it is so hard to get hold of a live agent, so frustrating!
