Cannot manage account through app
PIN is no-long recognized. Cannot reset PIN through app or website. There’s no reason my PIN should suddenly be un-recognized, as I haven’t made any changes and my account hasn’t been compromised. My PIN has been documented in a password manager for over 2-years.

I NEED 2 LOOK INTO GETTING A NEW DEBIT CARD SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I USED TO LOVE T-MOBILE TIL TRASH CEOS ALL TOOK OVER AND IT’S BEEN DOWNHILL SINCE!!! JOHN WAS THE BEST!!! It takes multiple attempts to login. The app is no responsive on several button options. The app freezes, delays response time, or just doesn’t load. Why is your app this bad?
