I enjoy being able to visit the homes at my own leisure. Easy accesible. Most properties are clean and ready to see.
AI will block without reason and support doesnβt care.
I had an account years ago, only used to browse. Didnβt end up needing them and closed the account. Itβs been 3 years and my lease is over. One of the PM companies uses Rently and I reactivated my account again. I viewed places and liked one, I paid for the verified renters everything was great. Then I tried to schedule my first tour and my account was blocked for βtouringβ. I have no idea what they means and support wonβt tell me. I had to file a charge back since I couldnβt use the services without a valid reason.
