Pay to tour a house? I’m good.

This app wants you to pay $12 to tour a rental house. This is the most rеtarded concept I’ve ever heard of. What if the house sucks? Am I gonna get a refund? Stupid.

I was able to early check in to one of the properties, somehow I can not check in to a property 5 mins or 1 min before schedule time. This needs to be fixed
