Doesn’t work

Digits is one of the most unreliable apps released by t mobile
I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for years, but the Digits app is easily one of the worst products they continue to offer. At this point, it feels more like an abandoned beta project than a service customers are expected to rely on.
The app constantly requires me to log out and log back in—sometimes multiple times every month—just to get it working again. If you depend on Digits for business or important personal communication, that’s simply unacceptable.
Incoming text messages are frequently delayed or never arrive at all. Even worse, outgoing text messages often fail to send without any meaningful explanation. You never know whether your message actually reached the recipient, making the app completely unreliable for everyday communication.
Oddly enough, photos usually send without much trouble, but multimedia files consistently fail. If you need to send anything beyond a simple picture, don’t count on Digits. Attachments routinely fail, making the app useless for sharing documents or other media.
What’s most frustrating is how little progress has been made over the years. The app rarely receives meaningful updates, and many of the same problems that existed years ago still exist today. It gives the impression that T-Mobile has simply stopped investing in it while continuing to market it as a viable service.
If your phone number is important to you, don’t trust Digits to handle it. You’ll spend more time troubleshooting than communicating. I’d honestly recommend paying for a competing service rather than relying on Digits. A communication app should be dependable, and unfortunately, Digits is anything but!

Unusable
The app is pretty much unusable as it crashes when logging in.
Messages won’t send
Messages won’t send through the app whether it’s using LTE or WIFI. Other people’s messages aren’t received either. I’ll just have an empty bubble with a round around that asks me to resend or reload message.
Complete garbage
This app is complete garbage and decides when it feels like working.
Trying to send an image, good luck, trying to receive an image good luck. I have never been so unimpressed with an app before in my life and makes it extremely difficult to do business with. I hugely regret setting this number up for my business line and I’m trying to figure out a way to switch it
