Took a long time to port my number and SMS features are limited
I wrote this before and still relevant. I chose Line2 since my prior carrier stopped allowing personal lines. It took over a week to port my number correctly. Also the SMS features are limited - no sending of videos or larger photos/memes, can’t like an SMS, etc. The product is ok but additional features are needed. Still antiquated.

Update: I’ve been reaching out multiple times, we’re still having trouble. We have our phone to pick up at three rings and it’s ringing 15 times of course no one‘s waiting for a voicemail after 15 rings. You’ve asked us to reach out to support we have we’d actually like to receive the support to make this app work .

Previous review: February I’ve been using Line2 for years loved it now, unfortunately I would no longer recommended it, especially if your using for business. Im constantly being told ‘I’ve been calling and calling ands texting and texting an no one is getting back to me” we have been missing lots and lots of calls and texts, we’re calling back everyone, the issue is these calls/texts aren’t getting through and it’s happening more and more often.
We’re rebooting almost daily per their bot help and still this is continuing.
Can someone there please get to the bottom of whatever glitch this is and finally just fix the app?

Total deception 🚩
They assign you phone numbers other people already have 🚩 and suddenly without any notification they immediately cancel your services. When you contact them, they are so SCAMMERS AND FRAUDULENT make you responsible of that issue and any other issues.
