Terrible

Can’t make outbound calls half of the time. They run you through the same troubleshooting steps. I’m on 5G with full bars and they tell me it’s my phone. Don’t use evoice

Useless

No tech support

Dropped calls

Lately, calls have been dropping like crazy! I have redownloaded the app several times, so embarrassing

App is buggy

There are little minor bugs that the tech team refuses to fix. One of the bugs is that you can’t get call waiting while talking on the App. Because of this you can’t switch between to phone calls AND you will miss all important phone calls if talking on the App.
Another annoying bug is that many times the App will miss calls even when connected to strong WiFi.
A critical update is that some text with clients are hidden. The only way to reactivate this hidden text is to resend the another text.
The most annoying bug is the inability to update credit card information. You have to talk to the tech team to update your credit card info because they refuse to fix this bug for 6 months.
The biggest fault with the phone App is that it is very limited compared to logging in using website.
The App doesn’t allow text with attachments.
I am only sticking with eVoice because of the friendly staff but their tech does not exist. Phone.com offers a better platform but they contract their employees overseas which compromises security.

I wish eVoice to update their app to allow text received to be saved and assign a contact name.

Terribly dated app

They FINALLY release a new app after long promises and it’s like going back in time, TERRIBLE. Constant problems. But they thought another price increase would make it better!
