I’m hoping that this is just a glitch, however I have been locked out of my account. It has been over 3 days and chat won’t help unless I give my visa information. I had really liked this app, but now am worried that it may be a scam and I have lost important emails.
UPDATE: I finally got my account back! I still don’t know what happened, but I am happy now.
