It is impossible to change the password or view the old one. How do I log in again on another device?
Substandard app
The functionality of the mail.com app is extremely poor and unacceptably slow , forcing me to log in on a computer if I want to see all my mail and have reasonable functionality. Search functionality is extremely poor

App needs mail filters
Mail.com is a great free email service. There are ads but they are inobtrusive.
What I wish I could do in the app is create and manage filters. I.e., when in get added to some mass distribution, I’d like something that lets me delete all emails from that sender going forward (since unsubscribing is so unreliable).

No one answers the help emails poor customer interaction I’m actually going to start using an old email that is more dependable to open and update my information and passwords I guess mail.com expects me to pay a fee for good customer support. Not going to happen keep your upgrade and do better

I have used mail.com for many years. I like that it is easy for people to remember the address (though I often have to explain that it doesn’t start with “g”). I have been satisfied with this company.
