Been a user for 25 years. At this point, it’s almost not usable. They redesigned the website and it barely works now. Progress!
Can’t see the emails
The design is horrible. These particular settings can’t be changed. The worst of it is, the body of the email comes through only sometimes on my mobile device. There is no phone number to get ahold of a real person and the chat is only AI. There is no good reason to use this mail server. Not to mention I can’t log in on my laptop. It takes me straight to the help section with no way to navigate back.

Typical canned response from an AI bot. No one at AA really cares about the horrible experience that your loyal customers have to endure due to your arrogant management team.

I love love love this to use for all my emails. It’s secure it’s never lagging.. I love backing up my photos to it. I will say for someone who really dislikes having an app, tell me in the middle of using it after so many years or after so long that I need to pay for more space that’s a red flag for me. I usually stop using it so I would really like them to give me more space but unfortunately free does not exist when it comes to a good app.
