This trash internet is pure garbage now. I was mostly satisfied for the last few years.
THE PAST 2 months have proven how truly garbage 5G Home Internet is.
Let’s put it this way, I have been back with T-Mobile for over 12 years now.
I have REACHED MY BREAKING POINT with this company.
I am ready to leave the company altogether now, because of the pure trash both the Internet and the spotty cellular coverage has become this summer.
I do not think T-Mobile can do anything anymore to keep me as a customer. A few bad months is all it will take for me to walk away….

Terrible redirect loops
It won’t let me pay my bill in app and when I try the mobile website it constantly redirects me to the app where it will then tell me I can’t pay my bill in app. Frustrating and slow. Loved the older version of the app.

You’d think that a technology app would actually work the way you need it when you need it. I can’t even get logged in now because the log in button takes me nowhere. Plus, T-Mobile has been absolute garbage since the switch from US Cellular.

When you have an app that is being used to sign people up and to be the most important asset to your company, how does a multimillion dollar corporation mess it up?

Why
In order to talk to a human I have to use your app, but first my time is wasted explaining the issue to a chatbot that makes clippy seem responsive and intelligent. When you have to force use, it’s not a good app.
Endless loop
When I click on the “Past Bills” button in the billing section of the app, it just sends it into an endless loop of trying to open past bills and not being able to do so, even though I’ve been a customer for a few months now and have had at least three bills.

App does not work, constant freezes which causes me not to explore the T-Mobile benefits fully. I have uninstalled and restarted the app multiple times.
