Shared My Information Without Permission

I saved several apartment listings, and each time I did, the app asked me if I wanted it to contact the property to let them know I’m interested. Each time, I said no. But now I am getting a relentless number of emails from the various properties asking if I want to schedule tours, etc. Very frustrating and dishonest.
