I think there are a lot of scammers. Some of the apartment is not normally cheapest. They all request to deposit before you haven’t make tourists.
Too good to be true AI listings?
I like the idea of this app and it did help me explore certain apartments efficiently however some alerts I got were for apartments too good to be true. I would google the address to find the same photos on other housing sites but no rental listing, as if someone had copy and pasted recently sold properties and made them into rental listings and this app picked them up. I came across too many of those to really trust if they were real and finding no overlap of the rentals on any other reputable sites. Wasting my time in the end trying to figure out if they were scams, I'm better off just searching the old school way on Redfin/Zillow etc.

This is a helpful resource to help you narrow down what you’re looking for when you wanna do a rental Apartments. It takes the information you gave and narrow down to the strongest possibilities and resources that needed to find an apartment
Email vs App
They will have listing on the email but it switch over to app and the listing is gone.
Don’t get
You can’t find any apts at all in 6 towns or more that asked about. This app is nothing but a waste of peoples time and space on a persons phone
Filters don’t matter
No matter how many filters you put it’s gonna give you things 25 miles out and almost 1k above your budget. Like what’s the point?
Scams
People posting real apartments and claiming availability and changing the phone numbers to theirs so you’re calling them not the actual place. They want to steal your info when you apply and take your money when you pay application fees and or even deposits if you don’t tour. Only way to protect yourself is to google the apartment name and click on that website and you will see different phone numbers than posted here on the app.

Nice listings but could improve
The listings are nice but there are some hidden ones that never fully load and may be cheaper option that sometimes glitch out or you have to zoom really deep into certain areas on just to find them. And I wish there was a dark mode because looking for apartments at nighttime after work with a blaring light in the face isn’t really considerate for the clients who use the app.

Commute is broken
Love this app but dude the commute is super broken. You guys really need to fix this it’s such a pain - it used to be the best app ever!

NJ vs NY
I live in NJ… I do not want to see apartments in NY
Inaccurate
I’m not one to write reviews. I don’t care to waste my time like this, but this app is incredibly inaccurate and falsely advertised. I’m in a bind needing to find my next apartment and was not having the best luck with Zillow or apartments.com so I thought I’d try this 4.7 rated app which claims to be customizable due to your preferences. I put a specific price on what I could afford and limits to where I would like to live. After the app does the “creating the most accurate matches for you” bs I get recommended apartments $1,000 over my budget and complexes in a state 10,000 miles away. Complete waste of my time I hope someone see’s this and saves themselves some time.

Useless
This app needs a feature where you can click “strict budget” or just say outright “hey we can’t find anything in your parameters” instead of “there’s nothing in your budget but here’s a house that’s $2,000 above your budget!” And also are the only apartments for view ones from rental companies? You can’t post private listings on here?
