Lower income housing
I see y’all offer such wonderful apartments, but also can also put in for low income people because we are struggling as well and we would also like a place to stay where we won’t get murdered or shot. We just want to live like everybody else in a good neighborhood. And safety for our children of the future. Just a simple request from single mother who just wants a happy home for her family but still be able to have money after paying rent.

Forcing to answer a bunch of questions
The app forces you into a questionnaire to answer a bunch of questions before you can even see the app features or search for listings
Definitely call properties to check if the rates on this platform are bogus before wasting your time

Please allow users to eliminate neighborhoods they do not want to live in even if there are no matches in the area we desire. I want to eliminate Chicago but can’t.

Look for scams
The app itself is good but there are so many scammers on the app and there is not a good way in the app to report them. You should be very careful not to send any money to anyone before seeing the apartment.
Choppy terrible app
Can’t get any worse than an app that can’t even do anything useful. Over half the commutes are wrong so what’s the point in even having this app?

Neighborhood Selection
When I choose the location to find apartments, can’t skip the neighborhood selection. Even when I select the neighborhoods I want to look at, it brings me back to the location selection city/state. Over and over again
