Not Happy

The camera system never seems to work when I needed it to work. When trying to review footage and rewind, it’ll time out after a few seconds so I never get to see what I’m trying to see. It is very frustrating and I’m considering changing.

Malfunctions

Still has some malfunctioning,I.e. lengthy buffering when reviewing cameras, failure to send video footage from cameras!

It crashes a lot during peak periods

Terrible

When someone rings my doorbell the preview never shows who rang the doorbell.
Selecting the alert doesnt load fast enough to see who it is, the time stamp of when it happened is to inaccurate too. All around nearly unusable for the doorbell feature. I have it on the fastest internet (2gbps) and my cell speed is really fast and i have a new phone.
