Wish I would’ve stayed with ADT

Someone knocked on our door until we finally caved and decided to give Vivint a chance. We can’t arm our alarm system because the sensors are never working properly. Back porch camera doesn’t work properly. Garage opener doesn’t work on app. What am I paying for???? Will definitely put on every social media platform DO NOT GET VIVINT!!! We had no problems with ADT.

Not reliable

This app is not reliable. It’s not consistent sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Videos doesn’t always load for me to be able to view the recordings. I have App on apple and android. It sucks on both.

Going on month three, I’m tired of the lies they feed us and offering a free 6 months then not following any further doesn’t help
