Barely works

Man, I had ring doorbell and I only got vivint because my energy provider offered it to me for free. I have the doorbell and thermostat.
My main complaint is with the doorbell. It will give me a notification about motion at the door and when I click on said notification, it takes me to the Home Screen. Then I’ll click on events and it’ll show detection from hours before and not the recent ones. It’s so frustrating. Ring was like $4 a month and worked flawlessly.

Trash app

The app lags and you need full cell service everywhere you go in order for it to operate at all! Trash in my opinion

Horrible company and service

Nothing has ever worked correctly or consistently with this service. Scheduled service with technicians that were no shows after being on phone for over an hour to schedule. Done with this company. Waaaayyyy overpriced and not worth it at all

.

Functions overall, however, when someone comes to your door while you’re away the app always struggles to give you a live connection in a timely manner- often times this means you miss whoever was trying to contact you.
