not the most reliable
the app often takes a long to load camera views, seems to glitch a lot and is pretty delayed. would love to see some improvement to app quality given how much you pay for the service

Lagging Camera
There’s a delay from camera & actual notice.

Vivint need to step up and FIX this app ASAP, it doesn’t work it lags to much it take a lot of time to try and see. FIX it or im just going to cancel my subscription.

It’s a pretty good system don’t have any complaints as of rn. Would recommend to others.
Great system for price
It works well. It just lags sometimes when you’re looking at the camera view. Other than that no complaints. Maybe work on y’all’s speed loading the video feed and things would be perfect 👌

We have been using Vivint for many years it the most efficient solution to our needs for protection at our home
Cameras Are Always Buffering
My cameras are always buffering at the wrong time. I have taken them off-line and even reset them, but they never seem to work when I want to view them live. That is the most annoying thing ever because I have cameras and they never seem to work when you want to go live.
Constant outages
There is always one camera out of my four cameras, not working off-line. Or if the camera is working and I try to rewind to see what’s going on outside of something happened it says there’s no play back.
Speakers and cameras
My camera’s freeze a lot they are not that clear either , my speakers are bad I can bearly hear. I pay good money for the service.

The sense of relief you get from having security at home and with the kids is amazing and we love it!

The app hardly ever works. All it ever wants to do is spin and spin and will not do playback very well.

Icons too small
Garage icon and front door icons (sign) are unnecessarily too small in the app. Very inconvenient. Remember we use this app in the car. Need improve. Thank you.
Fix please, system weather disruptions
Of recent, inclement weather events have interrupted peaceful sleep at night and blasted LOUD and extended false alarms at unusual hours of the day.

Expensive, panel and equipment disconnect all the time. Customer service isn’t helpful, and never consistent. Don’t do it!
