Can’t add books
I enrolled in the Heartsaver first aid and CPR course online. The course includes a link to several ebooks which in turn instruct you to download the ebook reader app and then press a “Download” link. All it does is download a text file to my phone. No way to open it in the app. And nothing shows up in the app when I log in with my account. Basically, I can’t access the books at all.

Glitch does not allow me to login
I just downloaded it. I cannot access the book, and my class is tomorrow. The tutorial has a glitch and will not go away. I cannot swipe past it. I cannot login to it. So it’s useless as the book I cannot read. I tried to read it online and the page does not load. I asked AI, and it had real sources, so I’m not the only one with this issue. This is awful.

Not working after update
It works fine before. Only every now and then some videos won’t download or play. But after recent update, all the videos won’t play.

Everything is blank. Cannot access anything.
Inconvenient
Could be better nowadays. No way to use Apple Pencil, paste copied text/pic. Some bugs are present - goes back to previous topic when scrolling. The book format will be way better than that. Can’t download the file to use it in Books app.

App keeps shutting down
I purchased the BLS and ACLS eBooks and used to be able to read them using this app, but for the last several months, every time I try to open this app, it just automatically shuts down. Please fix this!
Reader won’t open any more.
80s book reader does not open it starts and then quits. None of the books I paid for I have access to. Nor the new books I just purchased.

Keeps crashing
If I pay 60 bucks for a book for a course and I have to use a proprietary app to access that book in order to Study for a test at all, it better be 100% solid so I can access it. And yet here i am unable to load this app without itcrashing. This is not acceptable.

Hide old guidelines
This app isn’t bad overall. However, as a multi-disciplinary instructor who has been certified over multiple updates, my library is getting full and it is difficult to find the most current materials. I have books still in my library from the 2015 update and no easy way to remove them from view that I can find. This app could really benefit from a “hide book from view feature”.

Not working
It does not want to stay open. As soon as I tap on it, it opens the app and then immediately boots me out!!

I had to remove and reinstall the app multiple times, but I did get it work as intended on my devices.
