Nonfunctional

Been patiently waiting for app fix with nothing in sight. Can’t keep paying for nonfunctional service.

Suspicious

Downloaded for first time. It asked me to create a sign in right away. I did so and right away it said my password was incorrect. I have never signed into this app before so that isn’t possible.

no longer working

Unable to search anything! app says u need to download everything to use offline even when connected to the internet, please fix ASAP

Was helpful. Now the app is junk.

I used to use the app all day long. Now, it says I have to do some upgrade and it won’t let me look up anything without sucking up tons of my phone memory. I just look things up online instead and have it bookmarked on my web browser. The changes were NOT for the better. Avoid unless you have an empty work-phone with plenty of memory.

Way too expensive to not work!

No longer can access any content when using the app/phone, unless you want to download ALL content for offline use, even when I’m connected to internet and do not need to use offline!!! This is maddening given how much you pay for this access! Please fix, it’s been weeks and your ‘update’ has not fixed.
