Though indispensable to my practice, I have no idea how each change; each update can somehow make it harder to use, less intuitive, and bury pertinent information under even more tabs.

App doesn’t sync
You pay for the subscription and the app doesn’t sync. Very expensive subscription for something that has such poor user design.
