Frustrated
Paying $500 per year for a resource that is now not working on my phone. Wants me to download all content when I do not need all content on my phone. Want to use the resource quickly and instead I am forced to search for a fix and try multiple solutions that solve nothing and waste more of my time. I love UpToDate and use it frequently. Have been paying yearly since 2017 and it's only gotten more expensive each year. Fix the app already!!!

This app is pure trash now. You want me to download what I am looking for in offline use? Nope. I just want to look up what I need quick. The Ai is trash- forcing me to consent to it ? Make an opt out option. I won’t opt in to it. I won’t be renewing. Will be be spending my thousand+ elsewhere.

Downloaded for first time. It asked me to create a sign in right away. I did so and right away it said my password was incorrect. I have never signed into this app before so that isn’t possible.

Was helpful. Now the app is junk.
I used to use the app all day long. Now, it says I have to do some upgrade and it won’t let me look up anything without sucking up tons of my phone memory. I just look things up online instead and have it bookmarked on my web browser. The changes were NOT for the better. Avoid unless you have an empty work-phone with plenty of memory.

Way too expensive to not work!
No longer can access any content when using the app/phone, unless you want to download ALL content for offline use, even when I’m connected to internet and do not need to use offline!!! This is maddening given how much you pay for this access! Please fix, it’s been weeks and your ‘update’ has not fixed.

Dump the ai--you've become indistinguishable from Google or open evidence
I've used UpToDate since I was a medical resident at Duke in 1994. The new "ai" feature is absolutely atrocious compared to "ai native" platforms and hinders access to the UTD content that I've used all these years. I'm a doctor, I know the simple things to do, I don't need your engine giving me "hints." If I want to do a google search, I can do that instead, but I look to utd for very specific info that has always been embedded in topics (plus easy to find refs so I can double check content). Please create a way to delete or disabled the ai feature or I'll cancel my subscription.

Server connection errors for weeks! The website is too bloated for the decade old computers in the hospital. OpenEvidence is already better, but rather than improve UpToDate can’t even keep its app functional.

Continuing error, reading failed to contact server. Error code 3. Been occurring for over a week.

App fix for error 3 message
I love this app, but after recently doing an update, it stopped working - I kept getting an error 3 message. I called and spoke to tech-support who confirmed this happening to a lot of Apple products. They recommended uninstalling the app, restarting the phone and then reinstalling the app. It worked like a charm for me!
