Server connection errors for weeks! The website is too bloated for the decade old computers in the hospital. OpenEvidence is already better, but rather than improve UpToDate can’t even keep its app functional.

Continuing error, reading failed to contact server. Error code 3. Been occurring for over a week.

App fix for error 3 message
I love this app, but after recently doing an update, it stopped working - I kept getting an error 3 message. I called and spoke to tech-support who confirmed this happening to a lot of Apple products. They recommended uninstalling the app, restarting the phone and then reinstalling the app. It worked like a charm for me!

Working well again
App has been occasionally malfunctioning since I renewed and added the AI option. I kept getting an Error Code 3. After the weekend I was able to reach their tech support by phone very easily (after the weekend), and they quickly fixed the problem. Content is excellent, though the “AI” component seems not noticeably useful so far. The application seems less stable than it used to be.

Repeated ‘application expired’ pop-ups
The UpToDate app incessantly presents users with an inaccurate ‘application expired’ pop-up window, despite running the most current version of the app available in the AppStore. This pop-up recurs so frequently that it renders the app completely unusable. UpToDate, please fix this egregious, show-stopping bug!

No longer usable
Cant update my phone to newest IOS and new the app is completely unusable as it pops up with an error message every 30 seconds that I need to update the app, which I can’t do. Very disappointed

O app assim como o serviço oferecido é essencial e de primeira linha. Tiro uma estrela pois deveriam colocar um botão de tradução dentro do app. É algo simples mas que seria um ótimo diferencial. Não é liberar o conteúdo trazido, é só deixar um botão de tradução tipo os navegadores têm.
