Very poor app development. Logo display 2 minutes. Who wants this ? I want to do banking. Not watching logo☹️
Rewards App
Please combine the rewards app with the banking app so everything is accessible in one app. Ahli cards usually has good rewards and offers however its only available through a secondary app. Overall happy the banking services of Ahli bank.
App updates
It seems there is a serious problem with your App when it comes to updating. Please look into this issue, as it is still difficult if not impossible to update and consequently have an access to your account.

Keeps asking to update
The app keeps saying tap to update. Even though this was done many time it keeps asking to update. I’m surprised that the IT department hasn’t yet sorted out the clinks.

مشاكل في تسجيل الدخول دائماً
التطبيق محتاج تحديث عاجلاً خصوصاً موضوع تسجيل الدخول ليش البصمه ما مفعله ودائماً التطبيق فجاه يعلق ويكتب محتاج تحديث انقر هنا لما تنقر يغلق بالكامل.
التطبيق جيد بس يباله تحديث
٣ سنوات منذ صدور الايفون X والتطبيق بعده ما يدعم التعرف على الوجه Face ID فقط البصمة!
رسائل الـ OTP مزحومة بكلام كان ممكن الاستغناء عنه، عشان المستخدم يشوف الرقم من الاشعار اعلى الشاشة (حاليا لازم تفتح الرسالة عشان تشوف الرقم وترجع للبرنامج مرة اخرى)
من مشاكل الاشعارات الاخرى رقم الـ OTP ما يظهر في Automatically Fill التابع للايفون.
اتمنى تنحل المشاكل هذه في التحديثات القادمة وشكرا لكم
