The same issue weeks later, and everyone seems to be facing the same issue. This is false advertising while your app is not working! I would suggest focusing on the app working before going all in marketing.

Hello,

I’m having an issue with your app. Whenever I try to request an OTP, I receive a “Request Failed” error, and the OTP is never sent.

I’ve already tried:

* Using multiple devices.
* Trying different internet connections.
* Reinstalling the app.

The same issue occurs on every device I use. Could you please check if there’s a problem with my account or your servers and help me resolve it?

To register as a new account you have Less than 8 seconds to verify the OTP !!!
The app is not even responding that much fast so the mobile number is blocked for multiple wrong OTPs !!!? And all of that happened in less than a minute 😳
