Can't register

I tried so many times to register in the application, but always get a message saying "Sorry, We are unable to complete the service, please call support". and once I try again to create account the application stops working after entering the OTP.

Needs serious update !

New user registration giving us multiple error message of (photo miss-matched) no matter how many times we tried, this step is completely unnecessary, either you update it correctly or remove the whole step, OTP & Civil number is enough for registration.

1 ⭐️ becuase 0 ⭐️ isnt possible

Made an account and everything. Talked to the cashier and asked if qpay was available - they said yes. When at checkout - the app refused to work. Kept giving me an error message before the sign in page. Worst shopping experience i have had ever.
