User friendly but some useful limitations
The app is generally smooth and user-friendly. However, after using apps from several major banks, there are a few key functionalities that feel lacking but would be very useful:
1. Card Visibility After Temporary Block: When a card is temporarily blocked, it completely disappears from the app. This makes it impossible to unblock or manage the card later within blocked period. It feels more like the card is being hidden rather than blocked, limiting user control.
2. Credit Card Limit Management: The "Manage Limit" feature is available only for debit cards, not credit cards. Even for debit cards, only a daily limit option is provided. It would be much better if users could set transaction-wise, daily, and monthly limits across both debit and credit cards for better financial control.
Hope these issues will be addressed in future updates to enhance user experience.
