Don’t have late model phone!
Well it’s all good and well if you have a phone that can use this AHM app ..
I don’t and I’ve been having to go online to use this fund to make my payments and claims and a lovely person helped me to use a email address that got me in … now because of your weekend update I cannot get into the site… I think it’s time I cancel
My health insurance after being with you since 1987 … really disappointed… I find it very discriminatory against us older generation who are happy with what phones we have because we like to keep it simple !

Easy app use
This was my first time using this app and making a claim and once I figure out what my provider number was, it was very straightforward to use.
App full of faults
Claims section is full of faults, can’t save details after you enter them, the save button is hidden by keyboard and you can’t lower keyboard. Also wouldn’t MFA when I updated my bank details, got an alert saying”something went wrong, try again later. When you need it to work, the app struggles, especially on the claims page. Seems to be a regular tactic for insurance companies to make it too hard to get your money.

You get what you pay for. Never once had an issue and AHM have helped been my parachute when I needed it most… wouldn’t recommend anyone else thank you ahm! ❤️ the best around

This app might be fantastic, who knows, but I can’t access it because after logging in, I’m blocked by an AHM ad for a $10,000 cash boost that won’t let me bypass or dismiss it. I’m on the latest iOS update, and I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but that doesn’t resolve the issue.

Horrible customer service
Charge me for something I never won and after correcting they on error never apologise for the own mistake
The premiums are getting pricey
You don’t get much back, considering the premiums keep going up as do the cost of services and products.

Claiming procedure
I’m getting use to this App; however, when choosing photos from my album, I’m finding it hard to pick the correct one. As the photos all look the same, and there are no visible dates, it leaves me guessing which photo would be the correct choice and have I chosen the correct one?
Other than this, it’s been a good App.
PS. A heads up on how to remove older photos would be great 😁
