App full of faults
Claims section is full of faults, can’t save details after you enter them, the save button is hidden by keyboard and you can’t lower keyboard. Also wouldn’t MFA when I updated my bank details, got an alert saying”something went wrong, try again later. When you need it to work, the app struggles, especially on the claims page. Seems to be a regular tactic for insurance companies to make it too hard to get your money.

This app might be fantastic, who knows, but I can’t access it because after logging in, I’m blocked by an AHM ad for a $10,000 cash boost that won’t let me bypass or dismiss it. I’m on the latest iOS update, and I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but that doesn’t resolve the issue.

Horrible customer service
Charge me for something I never won and after correcting they on error never apologise for the own mistake
The premiums are getting pricey
You don’t get much back, considering the premiums keep going up as do the cost of services and products.
