Says wifi off
I have full cover on my phone. Your app is terrible, can’t do anything on it, says I am offline no wifi not connected, as I sit here calling you with a 45 minutes wait so far. I have tried for a week to contact you as a gold priority customer you have terrible customer service .
Can’t enter passwords
Cost me almost ONE HOUR to fix it but failed, the app kept saying I entered invalid password but it’s correct and I can use the password to log in through website. Crazy
Can’t submit claim
The app had a quick log in for me, but would not allow me to submit a claim because any picture I take of my receipt is too large. Maybe have a larger file size limit than 2MB?
