I hate that you can’t log in if your bill is overdue. Constant glitches. Can’t get past the login page now.
Endless load circle of death
This app cannot get any worse. My club uses it and won’t accept anything else. Why doesn’t it load? What’s the issue with making an app that loads up when you need it to?
No support illogical product
Honestly, no one to ring, no help on the iPhone app page, can never get into book a class on here. Worst product ever. Today it doesn’t even recognise my email so god knows where all the credits are I’ve paid for. Gym owners DONT USE THIS. I am pretty much ready to quit the gym I go to because of this app

Notification System Lets Users Down
I’ve consistently had issues receiving notifications through this app, despite all notification settings being correctly enabled on my phone and within the app itself. This has become particularly frustrating when on waitlists for classes, as I’m not being alerted when spots become available and subsequently miss out. Reliable notifications are a core function for a booking platform, so I’d really appreciate this issue being addressed.
