I understand you may need to change things but the information provided didn't say how the dental cover was changing
The reason I choose NIB was because I understood what I'd receive back when claiming now I have no idea the message didnt provide any clear information it was just telling me to go to your choice of dentist
Which is abit of bully tactics
I probably will not leave as I'm happy but a better worded notification would've been a good idea explaining just what I would get back if I did not change my dentist 🤨

I was in NIB years ago when I lived in the Hunter Valley I then moved to the NT & my partner was in another fund. We now live in QLD & i had a call to compare & decided to go with NIB again .Very Happy thank you .

No option to download Chat Transcript. I was told during chat this feature was available.
App is not useful
There are 4 people in our family and we cannot see balances individually. No number is displayed against the family member so you know what number follows the account no. Family members don’t have an individual account
Love the App
Super easy to use. Able to check if any medical procedures or hospitals are covered on the app easily. Changing details and checking coverage is also easy. Overall and good app that is easy to use and intuitive.
