Unnecessary and buggy
Used to just need a gym card, now I need an app and a lock? Feels less efficient
Awful app
Just spent an embarrassing 10 minutes trying to access the club. Would just hang when trying to access my membership. Had to delete and reinstall and re log in. If you’re going to take away the cards and reduce staffing hours, then at least invest in a reliable app programmer
