WORST
This is a terrible app. It hasn’t been working properly for weeks, and it’s basically the only way you can access the gym and actually use the membership and benefits you’re paying for. 😂
You need it for everything: entry access, viewing class timetables, booking classes, and even seeing the classes you’re already booked into. None of these functions are available on the website either. It just redirects you to the App Store, so you’re paying for a membership you can’t fully use because the app doesn’t work.
Hopefully I’ll be able to cancel mine and go back to ClassPass.

Please change your app team, this app is really sucks unable to change the club, you should learn from Fitness first
Some worst UX out there
Some of the worst UX I’ve seen recent years.
- it always logs me out so I can’t enter the gym
- relaunching the app doesn’t help - you need to reinstall it
- UI is counter intuitive and hard to navigate
- classes time doesn’t display properly so I can only guess what time is the class that I book
- it displays information for Indian time zone not Australian
- it shows some special characters instead of proper texts
- worst thing is that they try to sell you some partner products via this app
I am literally one step away from canceling my membership with these guys

Put in management with knowledge of gym equipment
Virgin active zetland weights equipment hasn’t been upgraded in nearly 10 years yet you spend a ridiculous amount of money on a work from home space. During peak hours there are barely 9 benches in front of dumbbells.
So many bugs
Always have to uninstall and reinstall. Should’ve just stayed on web services!
