Only shows a grey screen im actively paying for a membership and can’t even access the gym
It often requires email verification
It often asks for email verification when you are in rush and trying to get to the gym. Your access is temporarily suspended until the verification is done.
Making members stand in the rain waiting for an email code is ridiculous
At least once a week we are stuck at the front door of the gym typing out our email & waiting for a verification code before we can enter. My email won’t even save to make things quicker. It’s even worse that I’m in a moon boot. Please fix this ASAP!
App not working, cannot access gym
I am an active plus fitness member, but the app only shows a grey screen when I open it and never loads, I’ve tried restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app and use both WiFi and mobile data but the issue still happen. Since I need the app from gym access , this affect my ability to enter the gym outside staffed hours. Please fix the grey screen issue so member can use the access feature properly

ITS A SCAM. DONT JOIN THE GYM.
The app does not work at all, contacted Lidcombe plus fitness they stated they do not provide key fobs and access into the gym is through the app. Do not sign up to plus fitness.
