Making members stand in the rain waiting for an email code is ridiculous
At least once a week we are stuck at the front door of the gym typing out our email & waiting for a verification code before we can enter. My email won’t even save to make things quicker. It’s even worse that I’m in a moon boot. Please fix this ASAP!
App not working, cannot access gym
I am an active plus fitness member, but the app only shows a grey screen when I open it and never loads, I’ve tried restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app and use both WiFi and mobile data but the issue still happen. Since I need the app from gym access , this affect my ability to enter the gym outside staffed hours. Please fix the grey screen issue so member can use the access feature properly

ITS A SCAM. DONT JOIN THE GYM.
The app does not work at all, contacted Lidcombe plus fitness they stated they do not provide key fobs and access into the gym is through the app. Do not sign up to plus fitness.
Keeps logging out
It is very annoying that it keeps logging out every week. I have to stand outside in front of the door and log back in with email id, and email verification. How ridiculous.

Can the app include details on all my last visits and locations. Will help with me keeping track. Also if we can monitor exercises done within the app too
Can’t access gym
Half the time this app doesn’t even let me enter as it tells me there is no gym even though I’m standing right in front of the door. I often end up just having to wait until someone leaves. The old keycards are much more reliable.
App issues ongoing
Truly awful app. Keeps logging you out and asking for code validation. Hours later no code has been sent. Tried resetting and sending code over and over again - 2 hours later code arrives and app timed out so you have to request another code.
Logging out
Regularly logs me out. I use it only to open door and often I have to stand outside of the gym and wait for the security code. It is not a banking app - you don't need auth token to expire every month - at least use SMS and remember phone number, so restore is quick.

App logs you out consistently
You’re driving, you arrive at the parking gate for the gym, reach for your phone, open the app - and you’re logged out with traffic queuing behind you. So you need to enter your email, open your mail client, copy the code, then log in. Can we not have FaceTime or Biometrics that prevent being booted out every 10 days?

It logs me out quite often and I have to stand in front of the gym entry door and do the credentials all over again. What a pain!!
Gym equipment
Good gym, good staff and good clients. Equipment could do with an upgrade.
App doesn’t support on iPhone X
Apple still support iPhone X but your application doesn’t support on the latest upgrade with that I lost the access to the gym and no response from the support team. Really disappointed with the latest patch or upgrade! Not sure whether it’s a developer issue or the company decision to support only the latest version of ios.

Pretty simple. Make it not log out as you don’t need this to log out. As that would mean the app would always work. Is that a lot to ask?
Ongoing Updates Disrupt the User Experience
The app is generally easy to use, but the ongoing and frequent updates are frustrating.
