Limited Visibility on Extra Annual Benefits
Allianz OVHC app is useful for submitting claims and viewing policy details, but it lacks clarity on extra annual limits. It’s frustrating not being able to track remaining benefits easily. Overall, functional but needs improvement.

Where are the past claims? Rubbish app
After submitting a claim it disappears into thin air. There is no way to see submitted / pending ones. Had to call to ask if this was expected. When giving feedback the agent was rude and didn’t want to hear it.
Inadequacies
This app doesn’t show your past submitted claims. It’s a poorly managed app.
User friendly and fast.
I tried the app for the first time; the interface is quite friendly, easy to use, and really fast. I don't understand why the first review was one star. Overall, my experience is excellent.
