Says wifi off
I have full cover on my phone. Your app is terrible, can’t do anything on it, says I am offline no wifi not connected, as I sit here calling you with a 45 minutes wait so far. I have tried for a week to contact you as a gold priority customer you have terrible customer service .
Can’t enter passwords
Cost me almost ONE HOUR to fix it but failed, the app kept saying I entered invalid password but it’s correct and I can use the password to log in through website. Crazy
Can’t submit claim
The app had a quick log in for me, but would not allow me to submit a claim because any picture I take of my receipt is too large. Maybe have a larger file size limit than 2MB?

Fed up with this app. Tried to login through app but it shows invalid password and when opened through website it’s working perfectly

Don’t bother downloading this app. Doesn’t work- had to update my password five times before realizing that it’s an developer’s issue. Just log in on the webpage. It’s wayyyy easier
2MB limmit
The app is easy to use but pls add the ability to take a photo and upload it in the claim back section, whenever I try this it says MB size exceeded

Slow answer, you have to restart all the time the chat because if you close it you have to do everything again
Not genuine app
I’ve been used a different insurance agencies and when you submit claims just upload photos, doesn’t need to filling any numbers information because app it works itself. This’s annoying filling too many information numbers.

Has to be one of the most frustrating apps ever. The document upload file size limit is 2MB. In this day and age, why is the limit so small ? So ridiculous honestly
Cannot add digital card to your wallet
So its just a image of your card and not digital card. You have to carry physical card always.

Barely working. Can't choose audio/video call or chat when requesting for a GP but the price difference is $38 compared to $10. Please fix it Medibank, so many students depend on you and this service for their health and well-being.
