Thanks for your feedback, we understand why this can be confusing, and we’re sorry for the frustration. The Premium purchase unlocks advanced AI video models, faster processing, higher quality output, and ongoing app updates. It also includes a recurring allowance of credits each week, which are used to generate videos. Because AI video generation has very high server and GPU costs, we’re unfortunately not able to offer unlimited generations. Credits help keep the service sustainable while still giving Premium users regular access without paying for every video. If something about your credits didn’t work as expected, please contact our support and we’ll be happy to help or review your account.
