Doesn’t connect
Confusing setup, several blutetooth connections, worked at first but never works now
App does not work
A specifically bought this sauna because it had an app so I could remotely preheat. I have not been able to get the app to work at all.
Total Failure
This app does not connect, does not work. So devastating to have the promise of remote control only to discover it is a false promise. As the previous frustrated reviewer stated DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME trying to get this to work. Resign yourself to manually operating your sauna cabin
Expensive sauna, cheap app
For me, this was an expensive purchase to buy the 3 person sauna. I specifically chose this one because I could start to preheat it from upstairs. I was disappointed when I realized the Bluetooth connection only works 1/10 times when I open the app. It doesn’t connect via WiFi. App also crashes a ton. I wish I would have seen these reviews on the app before purchasing. The app made this purchase regretful.

Connection problems
Difficult to set up, rarely connects once set up. Works well on the rare occasion it connects. Expect to operate the sauna manually, because the app will waste hours of your time trying to get it going.
