A lineup that will not save is a broken app, not a rough edge. I would rather fix your case than guess at it: send your team name and division through USTACaptain.app and I will reproduce it against your actual roster.

You are right on both counts: the USTA site is clumsy, and an app that cannot reliably pull your team data is not doing its job. Availability and lineups both depend on that connection, so it is the right thing to fix first. If you would send your team name and division through USTACaptain.app, we can reproduce the failure against your actual team instead of guessing. We really appreciate you giving it a try and telling us plainly what went wrong.

Thank you for writing this, and we are sorry. An unexpected charge of that size is alarming and you were right to escalate it. Refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us, at reportaproblem.apple.com, and they are usually quick. Please also write to us at USTACaptain.app with the email tied to the purchase so we can look at what happened on our side, and tell us what the app did when it would not work. We would rather understand it than leave you with only a refund. Thank you for the time you spent on this.
