Stuck in advertisement hell loop

This morning, I was using my ChatGPT that I already paid for and then some advertisement popped up and now I’m stuck in some loop of advertisement about a new and improved more expensive version of ChatGPT and I can’t get back to using what I’m already paying for enough already

Regarding ads - there is no advertising whatsoever in our app. Regarding ChatGPT versions - our app offers the most up-to-date AI models available on the market. If you happened to be using a model and it disappeared in a new update, and you miss it, please contact our support team - we'll be happy to bring that model back

It doesn’t save my work ask me all the time how I need to down load what o told it to say I’m being charger for something I do all the work for I’m no longer going to pay for it sorry it tricked me at first then when I paid for it it turned bad

Please fix

The second I got on it said I had to pay… I don’t get why apps make you pay because you should just be grateful that people are even wanting the app… I want this app and I think it would be really great but nobody wants to pay to use an app!! I know you guys might not be able to fix it but if you can I would really like that because nobody wants to pay and you’re just getting less five star reviews so if you can please explain to me why you need us to pay…

I hate this.

I cant figure out how to use the app I paid for. The free version is user friendly and much better. I’ll be working to get my money back.

Takes a long time to load if it can even answer. Waste of time and money.

The app is really slow and it always answers to where you have to scroll up to start. Also, there is no audio, which is disappointing. And whenever you ask a question, you always have to scroll up on an iPhone 12 to see the box where you type. It's just a little thing, but it's annoying. I was hoping for better and hopefully in time this will be better. Thank you.

I have only had this version for 5 minutes and it has already asked me for feedback. I just want to try it for three days but see that I am 'subscribed.' So how go I cancel should this version not work out. And, if it is working, how do I find the rules for use? Thank you
