Как обычно бывает, в ходе нашего детального расследования выясняется, что у пользователей вообще не было никакой подписки. Что касается связи с техподдержкой, приносим извинения за задержки с ответами — иногда к нам поступает много обращений, но мы обрабатываем их так быстро, как только можем. Ответ от нашей техподдержки не может занимать больше 2-х рабочих дней. Пожалуйста, перепроверьте внимательнее ваш почтовый ящик.

Regarding ads - there is no advertising whatsoever in our app. Regarding ChatGPT versions - our app offers the most up-to-date AI models available on the market. If you happened to be using a model and it disappeared in a new update, and you miss it, please contact our support team - we'll be happy to bring that model back
