I downloaded to “try” it with the trial and it immediately tried charging me! It’s still pending charge because I’m not paying for it. Very misleading! I’m still waiting for someone to contact me regarding this.

Improved support for voiceover screen reader users
I’ve been trying ChatNow as someone who relies on VoiceOver every day, and I think the app has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the current accessibility experience leaves a lot to be desired. Many buttons are either unlabeled or announced simply as images, making it difficult to understand what they do or to navigate the interface efficiently. In several places, VoiceOver feedback is inconsistent, which slows down what should otherwise be a smooth experience.
Accessibility should be treated as an essential part of the design process, not something that’s added later. I would strongly encourage the developers to spend time testing the app with VoiceOver on iPhone, and TalkBack on Android as well, because people who are blind or have low vision deserve the same quality of experience as everyone else. Even a few rounds of testing with screen reader users would likely uncover many of these issues.
I genuinely hope the developers continue improving the app because it has promise. With better accessibility support, properly labeled controls, and a more screen reader-friendly interface, ChatNow could become a much more enjoyable and inclusive experience for everyone.
