Not worth the subscription
I just paid to download this. Waste of money. I just paid for a subscription per week. Was a waste of money. I just tried to generate one graphic. It gave me the wrong graphic three times and it took tokens away 350 tokens each time. For three wrong graphics. There was nowhere near what I asked for. That had given a man three hands. Ridiculous stuff like that. You would think artificial intelligence was intelligent enough to know how many hands a human man has. And not make almost intentional mistakes. It feels like it is intentional just to take tokens away from you so you have to buy more. I’m canceling my subscription and deleting this app and talking it up to lesson learned

Untrustworthy app
Doesn’t allow you to delete the account and the tech support is not helpful m. I mailed them many times and they don’t respond
Will not connect to my email
I have tried troubleshooting for 2 days multiple ways. Cannot get the app I was charged for to work. I cancelled it and will request a refund. Not sure why it is so difficult.
Files are not attached
I’ve already tried to attach a pdf file, then the screenshots are downloaded, but AI says it doesn’t see them, only the accompanying text

Image generation is sub-par
I’ve had this for a week and am already through my first month’s credits for generating images and videos. (Nope, not unlimited like their ads make you think) I’ve only been able to use one of the images created and that’s because I decided it was good enough for a placeholder, but it most likely won’t be posted on any pages actually viewed by the public.
I will say it has been somewhat helpful in saving me time with coding at work, but even that has to be double checked and tweaked for it to work properly.

Здравствуйте. Я оплатила Creative Studio. При создании изображения появляется сообщение “An error occurred while generating your image”. Кредиты списываются, но изображение не создаётся. Прошу проверить проблему и вернуть кредиты за неудачные попытки. Скриншот прилагаю.
