I spent $40 so I could upload a picture for this app to remodel a room. All it did was show me some remodeling ideas that I could easily find searching on Google. It did not show me my room that I remodeled, and it charged me 100 coins. And then what I told her it wasn’t what I needed that I needed to show my room. It showed me the same picture again and charge me another hundred coins. I’m sure this is a good app for some people, but it’s not what I need and I really want my money back so I can put it into another AI software that works for me. Apple says it’s non-refundable, but I don’t understand why that’s refundable. It’s not right.
