App doesn’t work anymore

It just says “Generation in Progress”. I paid for the annual subscription and used it for about 3 weeks before it locked up permanently. I cannot generate anything anymore and this app has absolutely no usefulness… HOW DO I GET A REFUND??? (Apple I’m also talking to you - I’ve even tried updating my OS to toggle the app, but nothing changes)
