Not worth the money you will loose

Made over 650 songs through Soniva, phone did an update and I lost all my songs. After a week they got my songs loaded back. Then I noticed someone was cross signed onto my account and was using my credits to make songs. I texted customer support and they said it couldn’t happen. I showed them it was, they were writing songs in Spanish on my account. I don’t speak or write in Spanish. Then after I stopped paying my songs were deleted again. These are songs I wrote not Soniva they just did the music for them. Now they will not reply. I am seeking a lawyer and notifying the FTC as they know there is a problem and they will not fix or refund my money. 650 songs at $2 dollars a pop that’s $1300. They will not answer on customer service emails there is no 1-800 number and they will not help you fix problems. I really liked them when I started but now I see all my work was just a waste of time. Where are my songs Soniva? Fix the problems!
