This company lost my songs
I have this app on my phone & I went to listen to my songs & they just disappeared. They lost my songs & they said they would help track down where they went. so far I am getting anywhere with them. I have done everything on my end to help them. As they asked me to & still nothing has been done to restore my music. Itโs been a full week, how long will it take for them to get my songs back to me? I paid a lot of money to use this app that I was happy with until my songs just disappeared. So upset & angry. I would like my songs back that I paid for. Can anyone please help get them back to me please & thank you.
