Doesn’t deliver and impossible to cancel
I wanted to use this to create some realistic mockups of our house as we’re preparing to do some work to it. It never delivered in the way the ads showed.
Now I have a pro subscription I’m unable to cancel, and didn’t get a heads up it was going to renew. It doesn’t show up on my subscription list and the app has basically no way to receive help so I’m going to have to dispute the charge.

Billing incorrect charges
I am being charged monthly when I never signed up and cannot even cancel the subscription
Terrible results on the hair style / colors
The app presented itself as one that’s good for seeing different hairstyles on yourself but my god it’s terrible, the hair looks totally fake, it has very little customization which is unreal. The only good part is that it doesn’t change your face like other AI’s do but besides that it’s unusable . Do not download for looking at different hairstyles and j will be deleting this IMMEDIATELY!!

Horrible AI for hairstyles
Very non-receptive to direct requests. I use AI daily in my work environment and can tell you this is definitely not worth the money when it comes to image creation, and following directions.

This app charges me $38 a month. I have cancelled 10 times yet there it is again! I hate it. No way to contact them. No app exists!

I didn’t sign up for renewing this. Now I’ve been charged again for it 2 months later. There’s no way to sign in. There’s no way to cancel or contact them. and their app support is incomplete. Don’t do it.
Continuous charges after cancelling subscription.
Please do not download this app I downloaded as a one off to help decorate my bedroom, I cancelled the subscription in March every month they are taking $53.00 out of my account even though I cancelled everything, there support team just keeps saying I don’t have a profile but some how they keep taking money out? They literally have ghosted me i can’t afford having 53.00 taking out of my account for an app I don’t even use please get in contact with me just sent another email. If this isn’t resolved I will have to go to my bank and note the transaction as fraudulent! Also tried to cancel my account t in the actual app all it says is do you want to log out or create a new account actually useless!!

UPDATE v.2: I hope I have figured out how to cancel. I redownloaded the app, went to settings, contact us, subscribed through webpage (not sure how I did that, ok), get the billing.stripe.com link and cancel from there. I hope this helps someone!

Scam
First off, this is a major scam scam scam scam scam SCAM - you do a trial which auto renews. You can’t cancel the subscription through native settings and you can’t cancel through the website cause the website doesn’t have a MY Account area. It’s a marketing website. Auto renewal happened for me and I didn’t get a reminder either so got charged £50 / $66USD.
They put all of the new AI technologies in 1 app but you can’t do much with the image uploads as I suspect that function is limited for there is no agreement between Pixi and the ai technology. So prompt results are poor and do not answer your original question.
Image editor uploader doesn’t work. Generating images are pre setting.
AVOID Like A PLAGUE. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Very difficult to cancel your subscription once you have enrolled l. Beware.

Unethical subscription practices
I downloaded this app to see what it looked like. And suddenly they’re trying to charge me when I never signed up for a trial nor did I sign up for a subscription. This problem appears to happen with many users based on a brief Internet search. This is a scam and illegal.. Who runs a business this way?
