The app doesn’t see my annual subscription
Please help me to solve my problem. I downloaded your app and liked the trial cover. I payed annual subscription, but the app doesn’t see it. It still suggests me to pay for premium even though I did it already.
I can’t tapp the “support” button in the app either.

We're really sorry for the trouble 🙏 To restore your subscription, please open the subscription screen inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases" — make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the payment. If the Support button still doesn't respond, please try restarting the app or reinstalling it, and then reach out to us again via Settings → Support so we can look into this for you 💬

Disappointed
It’s incredibly frustrating, especially since I was considering upgrading to premium. If this is how the app functions, I don’t see the point in spending money on it. I expected better. Unless this gets fixed and I’m given replacement credits, I won’t be using or recommending this app. Very disappointing.
