These earbuds are not at all what I ordered and paid for. They do not have the translator option included, and they came so poorly packaged that the screens were broken on both sets of earbuds. I have tried to contact Customer Service, and the website is no longer available. This has been a waste of greater than 50 bucks. Given the option, I would not order from this company again. They are unreliable and do not support their customers. If I could give less than one star, or if I could give negative stars, I would do so.

plain earbuds
I was excited to get these, I want to use them like they stated (so I could listen to what they were saying about me at the nail salon). So when I got this, they don’t even have the language on them. So I’m very disappointed with the amount of money that I paid for them., for plain old earbuds, which I already have.
