Suppose to be a AI Translation ear bud. Not even an option to use that anywhere. Nothing in settings or in menu. TERRIBLE FALSE ADVERTISING AT ITS FINEST!!!

These earbuds are not at all what I ordered and paid for. They do not have the translator option included, and they came so poorly packaged that the screens were broken on both sets of earbuds. I have tried to contact Customer Service, and the website is no longer available. This has been a waste of greater than 50 bucks. Given the option, I would not order from this company again. They are unreliable and do not support their customers. If I could give less than one star, or if I could give negative stars, I would do so.
