I had tried many times to connect it with the QR code(I am IOS user) and it wouldn’t work many times it would refuse to connect

Disappointing

The only reason I got the earbuds was for the translation feature. That does not even work on the app no matter what options you choose. Help is in Chinese. You can't Google for help because it's nonexistent. Very disappointing.
