Item never received & Customer Service stopped responding
I purchased these earbuds awhile ago. I never received them. The tracking information even states the item didn’t make to my door. The company has filed an insurance claim and stopped responding. Have not issued a refund or sent a new item.

The application was free and excellent, and now it asks me for a monthly subscription to translate the speech. I never recommend it. I will buy another ready that works without calling the phone, for free and with the support of all languages.
Has to pay to use the translator
I’m using this translator earbuds for a year and it was fine until it started to show that I have to pay for ONLINE translations, like 17.99$ for a 128 coins. Previously it was only for offline translations but right now they want to charge for online translations too, even though it says “free online translation” when buying them. Very disappointing. Will look into another earbuds with such option.
