It was a gift and I don’t have the QR to bind. Why does it need to “bind” when the earphones are connected.

Translation tool doesn’t exist anymore. Absolute garbage with the new update.
Not vey receptive
I wrote a review and it seems it was instantly deleted, but nonetheless, the ear buds seem to be rather dull, like the individual has to speak loudly and clearly to pick it up.
Feature removed
I purchased this product because it had the option to use the app without the earbuds. After the last update, that creature was removed. Because of my job, I needed it.
Trickery
I have used these off and on for the past several months. They actually worked well at the start. Then, with each successive software upgrade more and more bugs were introduced into the system. It got to the point where they were hardly usable at all. After the last update the app demands that I use some kind of QR code. There was no QR code when I purchased the ear pieces. I have been using them for six months without a connection problem. Originally the app recognized that it was their own proprietary earpieces. Now it’s demanding I use a QR code out of a blue moon. Now it’s worthless without that code. The new software update won’t allow me to use the translation devices. What a pathetic scam. As a result, I DO NOT recommend ever buying a product from a company such as this one.
