Questionable Intelligence for an AI

It seems to me that the Hey Cyan app that came associated with my AI glasses is preprogrammed to “ONLY” know what has already been programmed into the software. Cyan doesn’t appear to be capable of learning anything new.
Cyan also has problems with remembering past communications even ones that are very recent. Pictures cyan took with the Smart AI glasses were misplaced, and cyan has no idea where the pictures were stored. Cyan documents being instructed to take a picture, but then doesn’t remember doing so, and talks “SUPPOSEDLY” being told to take pictures. This is really bad programming for an AI!!!
