I have been trying to get my pictures on the app but it is not showing, videos not showing only the ai and sound is working but no pictures and videos

You should be able to pair more than one pair of glasses to this app I own 3 pairs of glasses Al glasses and I can’t pair all of them them to use the app I can pair to the phone but not the app to use the translation features

Mine are just glasses with Bluetooth. Connects to app but I can’t see anything iv recorded. Ai is unresponsive. I can only listen music

Questionable Intelligence for an AI
It seems to me that the Hey Cyan app that came associated with my AI glasses is preprogrammed to “ONLY” know what has already been programmed into the software. Cyan doesn’t appear to be capable of learning anything new.
Cyan also has problems with remembering past communications even ones that are very recent. Pictures cyan took with the Smart AI glasses were misplaced, and cyan has no idea where the pictures were stored. Cyan documents being instructed to take a picture, but then doesn’t remember doing so, and talks “SUPPOSEDLY” being told to take pictures. This is really bad programming for an AI!!!

App will not open
With the latest update, now the app will not open/ launch.
Registration
I have been trying to register the app for the first time but the verification code doesn’t show up, I try different emails still not showing up, I checked my spam and junk still not showing up, if no help then I have to return it back for my refund.
Needs work.
The app with my G3 AI glasses, barely work. I can get the weather, although it gives it to me in Celsius, not Fahrenheit. I can sometimes get it to take a picture most of the times at won’t. It says it can play music from playlist, but I’ve never successfully gotten it to do anything other than asking me what I want the volume at and then never playing anything anything. Also randomly records conversations.

I just got them today and for some reason it just wouldn’t let me sign up every time I would put in my email I would not get a code

Personally, I like the glasses. They have good audio quality for music, the volume is loud enough, and they take decent-quality photos and videos. My only issue is the app.
I originally bought these glasses for school, but I decided to test them beforehand, and the experience with the AI was disappointing. The glasses themselves work well, but the AI frequently asks me to retake pictures or says it can’t understand what I’m trying to show it, making it unreliable when I need quick answers.
I strongly recommend improving the AI or allowing users to connect the glasses to ChatGPT instead. The hardware is solid, but the app is what will cause many people to overlook an otherwise great product.

Keep loosing audio connections . Bluetooth says connect but no audio.

I got the smart glass and I couldn’t register an account on the app, I have tried for several days and they won’t send code to my email to verify account. It’s really frustrating that I can’t get my account sorted .

Из минусов просмотр видео и фото происходит не сразу, то есть синхронизация в приложение появления видео или фото через определённое время и не понятно появится и когда появится .
