Questionable Intelligence for an AI
It seems to me that the Hey Cyan app that came associated with my AI glasses is preprogrammed to “ONLY” know what has already been programmed into the software. Cyan doesn’t appear to be capable of learning anything new.
Cyan also has problems with remembering past communications even ones that are very recent. Pictures cyan took with the Smart AI glasses were misplaced, and cyan has no idea where the pictures were stored. Cyan documents being instructed to take a picture, but then doesn’t remember doing so, and talks “SUPPOSEDLY” being told to take pictures. This is really bad programming for an AI!!!

App will not open
With the latest update, now the app will not open/ launch.
Registration
I have been trying to register the app for the first time but the verification code doesn’t show up, I try different emails still not showing up, I checked my spam and junk still not showing up, if no help then I have to return it back for my refund.
Needs work.
The app with my G3 AI glasses, barely work. I can get the weather, although it gives it to me in Celsius, not Fahrenheit. I can sometimes get it to take a picture most of the times at won’t. It says it can play music from playlist, but I’ve never successfully gotten it to do anything other than asking me what I want the volume at and then never playing anything anything. Also randomly records conversations.

Personally, I like the glasses. They have good audio quality for music, the volume is loud enough, and they take decent-quality photos and videos. My only issue is the app.
I originally bought these glasses for school, but I decided to test them beforehand, and the experience with the AI was disappointing. The glasses themselves work well, but the AI frequently asks me to retake pictures or says it can’t understand what I’m trying to show it, making it unreliable when I need quick answers.
I strongly recommend improving the AI or allowing users to connect the glasses to ChatGPT instead. The hardware is solid, but the app is what will cause many people to overlook an otherwise great product.

I got the smart glass and I couldn’t register an account on the app, I have tried for several days and they won’t send code to my email to verify account. It’s really frustrating that I can’t get my account sorted .

Out of date
Bought the Keovy smart glasses which are good, however the app is so far out of date. It cannot connect to my local time in the UK even though location settings are turned on. The time is approximately 4 hours out. The AI information is terrible as it has just told me that Rishi Sunak is prime minister even though there has been quite a few since him. Shame there is no alternative app available if support for this is no longer there. It would be great if it was kept up to date. The translation works occasionally which is fine.

Terrible won’t send me a code so I can’t even register for an account. Talk about falling before the first hurdle. Very expensive pair of now just sunglasses
Ok glasses, poor app
The app is missing some core features: if it could be updated to allow core settings of the glasses / app.. adjust date/time settings, change units from metric to American Standard, and also would be helpful to reduce the delay from command to executing (taking a pic takes about 3 seconds)

Все бы здорово. Но на айфоне 16 про Макс не хочет показывать фото и видео в галерее. И тем более импортировать. Что только не пробовал… исправьте, пожалуйста!
