I don’t know why but this app appears to control the Smart glasses, I can hear audio from my iphone, but despite turning them off and then on again, factory resetting, uninstalling and reinstalling… nothing seems to, reactivate my ability to take pictures or video, sad because I like their light styling and the performance was excellent until perhaps the recent software update? Amy hints from the Devs? I hear the camera click a photo but nothing shows at all that it captured a photo.

Add the import button
Why won’t you fix the issue we are having about not having access to download the media from the glasses. The import button isn’t displayed.

Come on guys. This is the most basic function. How can you have AI glasses that don’t allow you to simply download your recordings..

Better than the metas
These glasses are the best and yes I stated these are the better “metas” they can do everything those $400 pairs can plus more I bought mines on TikTok and just purchased another one today! They’re amazing and the quality is outstanding, but if there’s one thing I would need in the app is an option where you can turn off the led light so no one can see. Other than that these are a steal and I highly recommend them

Good for starter Ai glasses
This would be a 5 stars because of the recording it’s so good the quality is good and the fps is decent for a starter Ai glasses but if you want the full experience get the meta Ai glasses but it’s a four star because it overheats fast it will die 30- 1 hour at least for me and if you try to download and use it at the same time it will definitely overheat when you are downloading the recording

LensCam just stopped connecting to the app.
I’m not sure what’s going on. I’ve been using my glasses and bone conductors for several months now and out of nowhere the app isn’t picking up my bone conductors in the “connect device” start screen like before. Also, the app for my glasses keeps cutting me off in the middle of sentences and questions. Please fix these issues. I was using everything very often when it was working properly.

TRASH PRODUCT
I TOO, bought the glasses. It worked for for a couple days then it only worked while it was charging the moment I disconnected from charging it would not work. Tried multiple troubleshooting options and still only cuts on while charging even though it identifies as being fully charged. BS PRODUCT

I hope the smart glasses developers can add an update to keep the volume level after restarting, so the sound won’t reset and become too loud when turning the glasses on.

У кого не получается зарегистрироваться в приложении, скачайте Cyan Glasses, пройдите там регистрацию (но с использованием адресов *.com), а потом авторизуйтесь в HeyCyan. Сработало только так

You should really change the WiFi bug so we can make accounts often to get all the different features, but overall I love the app and I think it is a great thing for these glasses👓

At first I liked the app but once I heard the audio through the microphone I realized that it was choppy and wasn’t clear enough. Now I’m gonna try to aim for buying the meta glasses because at least they have a high quality microphone that has a clear sound
Trash product
I bought the glasses. It worked for two days then it only worked while it was charging the moment I disconnected from charging it would not work. I contact customer support. Send them videos, they wont do anything to compensate due to their malfunction device. Completely unacceptable. You want your customers to stay. Horrible piece of work and a waste of my money. Do not buy this product.

These are not at all comparable to others. They AI is unresponsive and slow, and buttons are delayed. Video and audio quality are mediocre

Save yourself and just buy the real thing.
I can connect the glasses to my phones Bluetooth but the app won’t recognize the glasses so the video and picture functionality is useless on the glasses I have due to the app not being able to recognize that I’m trying to connect the smart glasses. I can hear audio out of them but like I said am unable to use the video and picture functionality therefore it was a waste of money.

Need more stable
When select all or select multiple images to save, the app crashed. No response after asking any questions when using “hey cyan” or click to activate the AI. Needs more improvement and bug fixes.
