Feature removed
I purchased this product because it had the option to use the app without the earbuds. After the last update, that creature was removed. Because of my job, I needed it.

I like to cuss
I love the app and would love for the app to allow me to translate curse words instead it gives me a lot of ***** instead of the actual word that I have said and it has been said to me. If they fix that for us adults then I’ll be pretty much good. Oh and I want them to add creole.

I'll say just one thing: it's terrible. It takes forever to translate—or simply doesn't translate at all.

The J90 Pro will NOT acknowledge permissions for the microphone to work therefore you can’t talk and use any of th features. Scanned QR downloaded app nothing works
Outdated AI
The AI engine that powers this app is Qwen 2.5, which was introduced in 2024. The newest, latest Qwen is 3.0.
Basically, this AI model powering this app thinks it's 2024 and actually wants to argue with you if you correct it. Bottom line, it's an outdated AI model and needs to be updated.
In today’s fast moving world of AI technology, a 2 year old version is beyond outdated and well past its prime.
Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, etc are all better choices than Qwen 2.5.
This app still has potential, but they have to update.

Delayed translation
The transition is delayed and I either miss half of what they are saying or if I’m in person I have to ask the person to repeat their phrase or statement. Can you automate the translation so that the user does not have to select the talk button to start the translation
Not as many languages
You would think for the price that there would be a better variety of languages, especially some popular ones that are spoken like Creole. Good quality headphones but for what they’re supposed to do definitely need more work.
Not impressed
I will admit, the sound quality is top notch if you’re like me and like good quality sounding music with good beat bass. I’m kinda partial to my Skull Candy earbuds and headphones, but these give them a run for the money. Connectivity is good with no issues.
As far as the translation goes, it’s garbage. You can only translate whatever single language you pick from the list and that’s it, and you always have to have your phone in your hand to refer to while translating. You can’t just throw your buds in, go to the store where there’s multiple languages being spoken and have them translate everything automatically on the fly. You have to automatically know what language the person is speaking, select it from your phone, and then only hear what that one person is saying. Then you have to do the same with the next person/language. A real pain in the rear. And the app is pretty much useless.
Good buds, but if you’re thinking about buying for translation purposes, don’t bother. You’ll be disappointed as I am.

Not working out of box
Not connecting to IPhone, bind QR code is not found. Support nonexistent.

The music plays to loud and out of only one of two speakers. And I can’t use the ai because I try to ask a question and it answers in three different languages. I asked what year it was a it says 2023 and the year is 25’. I really am disappointed that I had to spend $50 on the glasses . Don’t sell these or fix them.

It translates but like it's very weird 😭. So basically when no one was talking it would say stuff like "you like it baby I like it too" and stuff like that ummmm.
Cuts you off!!
I was so excited about this product, but no mater what part of the app I try using, the program cuts me off mid sentence. I cannot have a conversation in any language or get translation when most of what I am saying is not recorded. So disappointed!
